What does it take to protect and manage Ventura County’s water every day, in every season? As the valley blooms and a new season takes root, United Water Conservation District invites you to step behind the scenes and see it for yourself during our Quarterly Water Tours. This interactive experience brings community members face-to-face with the facilities, infrastructure, and people working to safeguard local water supplies for agriculture, communities, and the environment.

During the tour, participants will learn how United Water manages groundwater and surface water resources, supports long-term water reliability, and plans for the future of Ventura County’s water.

What to Know Before You Go

  • Closed-toed shoes are required
  • Comfortable clothing is recommended
  • Check the weather to see if you need a jacket or sweater
  • Some walking and standing will be involved
  • Space is limited. First come, first served.
